摘要

Abstract

In response to low diagnostic efficiency and limited decision-support capability in escalator maintenance,a two-way,multi-level knowledge graph mixed composition method was proposed.By integrating bottom-up and top-down mixed composition,an escalator knowledge graph that explicitly encodes condition awareness,fault diagnosis,and safety-supervision semantics was derived by ontology engineering and knowledge extraction.The resulting graph was persisted in a Neo4j graph database and queried with Cypher,enabling visual navigation,which improves both the efficiency and accuracy of fault diagnosis,optimize the operation and maintenance management and safety supervision,and ensure the safe and stable operation of escalators.
