Abstract
Production line management table is a technical document specifically used to control production processes from material input to product manufacturing.With continuous development of digital information technology,the outdated production line management system can no longer meet the requirements of intelligent development.Based on discrete tree structure,a new production line management system is developed by Shanghai Turbine Plant,including early-made efforts,system design,key functions and effect analysis.The system is highly integrated with the existing intelligent product management system,thus the data flow throughout the product lifecycle is realized,and the technology preparation cycle is greatly shortened.The research results can serve as a reference for development of production line management system in other heavy equipment manufacturers.关键词
