Abstract
The gas turbine health management is an effective way of providing security and reliability to gas turbine,and it can reduce operation and maintenance costs.Gas path trend analysis is one of the important means of health management and condition-based maintenance for gas turbine.The design scheme of analysis software for gas path trend is presented,and the modeling method and implementation procedure of the software is analyzed in detail.Adopting the object-oriented idea,a software architecture is proposed,which includes four functional modules:data interface,correction coefficient table reading,trend statistics and trend plotting.In terms of modeling methods,outliers are removed by combining boxplot method with a duration-based judgment strategy,and a linear interpolation algorithm is applied based on a three-dimensional correction coefficient table to correct parameters under multiple operating conditions.Additionally,an innovative statistical method is proposed,which combines steady-state judgment with 1-minute dynamic data acquisition.Experimental results show that the software can monitor the trend of changes in gas turbine state by extracting the critical performance parameters of the gas turbine.It can also help the operator to predict the future performance trend and analyze the health state of gas turbine.The research results can provide reference for optimizing gas turbine health management and condition-based maintenance strategies.关键词
