摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of large water consumption and high pollution load of wastewater in reactive dye dyeing,isotopic mineralization technology was adopted to deeply treat the alkali solid color residue of reactive dye dyeing to get purified water,which was reused in the reactive dye dyeing test of cotton fabrics.The effects of processing parame-ters on the treatment effect of dyeing residue and the dyeing effect of purified water reuse was explored and compared with traditional processes.The results show that the optimal treatment process is as follows:XBK 1.5 g/L,XYS 6 g/L,process-ing temperature 40℃,processing time 5 h,the chromaticity of purified water is about 3 times.The dyeing K/S value,dye-ing rate,color fixation rate,fastness to abrasion and other dyeing parameters of purified water reuse dyeing test are basical-ly the same as deionized water dyeing.
