Research on the one-bath roll dyeing process of biological polishing and reactive dyeing

Abstract

Based on the concepts of green manufacturing and clean production,in response to the problems of long process,high energy consumption,and large discharge caused by the separate bath treatment of biological polishing and re-active dye dyeing in traditional roll dyeing technology,an innovative and systematic study was proposed for the one-bath roll dyeing process of biological polishing and reactive dyeing.The mechanism of cellulase polishing and reactive dyeing is deeply analyzed.It is found that the two are highly compatible at the optimal operating temperature(60℃)and pH(neu-tral,about 7).Based on this,the dye fixation and cellulase inactivation are simultaneously achieved by placing biological polishing agent and the reactive dye in the one-bath,and adding the pure alkali added in the subsequent fixation stage to achieve dye fixation and cellulase inactivation simultaneously,thus combining the original two bath two-step method into one bath two-step method.The results show that the one-bath process effectively shortens the process time by about 30%,saves more than 25%of energy consumption such as water,electricity,and gas,and reduces wastewater discharge by more than 30%while ensuring smooth,hairless,and brightly colored fabric.The strength damage of fabrics obtained by the one-bath process is less than that of traditional two bath methods.The product quality is stable,in compliance with the GB 18401-2010,and has obtained relevant invention patent support.The successful development of this process provides a practical and feasible technological path for the printing and dyeing industry,which is efficient,energy-saving,and emis-sion reducing.It has significant economic and environmental benefits,and has broad prospects for promotion and application.
