Abstract

In view of the problems of unstable broken coal bodies,poor roof rust joint,residual ironware and others caused by the withdrawal channel arranged at the edge of the solid coal seam during the final mining of the bottom layer separation working face in Zhaogu No.2 Mine,taking the 11022 bottom layer separation working face as the research object,an optimized final mining channel layout scheme is proposed.Through on-site investigation and numerical analysis,the channel is adjusted to the roof stable area,and a joint support technology of"Anchor-mesh-cable+12#steel shed+monomer column+channel steel beam reinforced anchor cable+grouting"is adopted to construct a dynamic strengthening support system based on the combination of deep and shallow.The practice proves that this scheme improves the excavation efficiency by 32%(5.0 m/d→6.6 m/d),reduces the roof caving rate by 52%,and eliminates the support failure phenomena;Through the synergy of pre-grouting reinforcement and multi-level support,the roof subsidence amount is controlled within 32 mm.This technology not only saves 25%of support costs,but also significantly improves mining safety,which provides a demonstration for efficient and safe withdrawal of bottom layer separation working faces under complex conditions.
