摘要

Abstract

In view of the existing complex geological conditions such as"double dip angle",shallow burial depth and others in the 150202 fully mechanized caving face of Zaoquan Coal Mine,by establishing a mining mechanics model of the 150202 working face area,the initial and periodic breaking step distances of the sub key layer and the main key layer are calculated under the mining characteristics of inclination large dip angle and direction pitch angle;And it is analyszed that the initial fractures of the key layers(hard and thick rock strata)all show"X-O"type fracture failure after the working face mining,the periodic fractures basically show"C-X"type fracture failure;The UDEC numerical simulation is utilized to analyze the existing risks of working face stoping under different situations,and risk zoning for different types of risks are conducted.Aiming at different risk areas,corresponding prevention and control measures are proposed.The on-site application results show that the weighting on the working face is not significant during the pitched mining stage,and the surrounding rock control effect of the two roadways of the fan is good,effectively avoiding various types of risk factors and achieving safe and efficient mining tasks of the working face,meanwhile,providing valuable on-site experience for the stoping of fully mechanized caving faces under such complex conditions.
