Abstract
To analyze the stability of a reservoir slope on a gravel foundation under the combined effects of self-weight and water pressure,a two-dimensional model of the reservoir slope was established using GeoStudio software.The Morgenstern-Price method and the Simplified Bishop method,both based on the limit equilibrium theory,were employed as the primary analytical approaches within the SLOPE/W module of GeoStudio for stability assessment.The Strength Reduction Method was used as a verification technique,with the analysis results being checked in the SIGMA/W module of the software.The results demonstrate that the minimum anti-sliding stability safety factors of this reservoir slope under three different working conditions all exceed the allowable values stipulated by the relevant codes,leading to the conclusion that the slope is stable.关键词
