摘要

Abstract

To systematically understand the changing characteristics of water resource carrying capacity in Jilin City,an evaluation system comprising 13 indicators was constructed from three aspects:water resources,ecology,and socio-economy.Indicator weights were determined using a combination of the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and water resource carrying capacity from 2017 to 2022 was evaluated using the TOPSIS model.The results show a fluctuating trend with an initial decline followed by an increase.The ranking from high to low is 2019,2022,2020,2017,2018,and 2021.The study recommends enhancing water resource protection and management,increasing ecological water use,and improving water use efficiency to maintain and strengthen carrying capacity.
