肾虚肝郁型卵巢储备功能减退患者心率变异性研究
A study of heart rate variability in patients with diminished ovarian reserve of the kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome type

Abstract
Objective:To observe heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:Heart rate variability data were collected from 55 women of childbearing age with DOR of the kid-ney deficiency and liver depression syndrome type and 34 age-matched women with normal ovarian reserve.The DOR group received modified kidney-nourishing and liver-regulating prescriptions for three menstrual cycles.Results:Com-pared to the normal group,DOR patients exhibited significantly lower SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,LF,and HF values(P<0.05),while their LF/HF ratio was significantly higher(P<0.05).Following treatment with t modified kidney-nourishing and liver-regulating prescriptions,patients exhibited significantly higher SDNN,RMSSD,PNN50,and HF values compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05),while LF/HF ratios were significantly lower than pre-treatment levels(P<0.05).Post-treatment,patients demonstrated significant reductions in Traditional Chinese Medicine syn-drome scores,SAS scores,and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with DOR characterized by kidney defi-ciency and liver stagnation exhibit autonomic nervous system dysfunction,specifically increased sympathetic activity and diminished vagal activity.This imbalance progressively shifts toward sympathetic hyperactivity.Cai's method for nourishing the kidneys and regulating the liver promotes the restoration of autonomic balance.This provides quantifi-able,objective evidence regarding the severity of clinical symptoms,supports clinical decision-making,and offers guidance for optimizing treatment pathways and achieving personalized therapy.关键词
