榆栀止血颗粒治疗异常子宫出血的有效性及安全性研究
Study on the efficacy and safety of Yuzhi Zhixue granules in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yuzhi Zhixue granules in treating abnormal uter-ine bleeding(AUB).Methods:A total of 200 AUB patients were retrospectively selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to different treatment Methods:control group(91 cases)received convention-al treatment,study group(109 cases)received conventional treatment combined with Yuzhi Zhixue granules,and the behavioral period of included patients was followed up for 2 months.Baseline data of the two groups were collected,and the efficacy,clinical indicators(hemostasis and coagulation effect,anemia),liver,kidney and coagulation function of the two groups were compared,and the incidence of adverse events during treatment was statistically significant.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group(91.74%vs 79.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.010).After 2 months of treatment,the serum ferritin level in both control group and study group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the complete hemostasis time,menstrual duration,endometrial thickness and PBAC were significantly decreased com-pared with that before treatment,and the differences in all indexes showed statistical significance(P<0.05).ALT and AST levels in control group and study group were significantly higher than before treatment 2 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in Cr lev-els between groups(P>0.05).The levels of PT and APTT were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the to-tal incidence of adverse events between the study group and the control group(13.76%vs 8.80%)during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yuzhi Zhixue granules can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency of AUC pa-tients,and its mechanism of action may be related to effectively shortening menstrual duration,reducing menstrual volume and improving coagulation function indicators.This drug has a slight effect on liver and kidney function at the therapeutic dose and has a high drug safety.关键词
