Professor Wu Zhaoyun and the Construction of Chinese Management School
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of inheriting the Chinese cultural context,composing the chapter of the times,and constructing an independent knowledge system of philosophy and social sciences,it is particularly important to build a Chinese management school and showcase the Chinese spirit,values,and strength to the world.There have always been controversies in Chinese management studies,such as the relationship between science and humanities,universality and characteristics,Taoism and practicality,which have sparked discussions on the legitimacy of"Chinese management".Based on this,Professor Wu Zhaoyun,who come from Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics proposed the concept of the"Chinese Management School",pointing out that Chinese management scholars,university institutions,and entrepreneurs are all participants and contributors to solve world manage-ment problems.He led the team to explore a series of teaching,learning,research,and application in four cross team,three habitat achievements,eight major themes,and four cultivation areas,basically forming a six persistence and"6+2"construction pattern,focusing on the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional Chinese culture,as well as the construction of an inde-pendent knowledge system for Chinese management.关键词
