A Review of the Research Progress in Lü Li's Philosophy of Management
摘要
Abstract
Management philosophy encompasses ultimate inquiry,grand theory,organizational root assumptions,foundational benchmarks for theoretical architecture,individual mindsets,organiza-tional worldviews and methodologies,as well as top-management cognition and overarching organiza-tional principles.From the perspective of managerial design,its essence is the philosophy of manage-rial technology.Traditional Chinese management philosophy comprises multiple schools-Confucian,Buddhist,Daoist,and Legalist-each further divided into sub-schools with distinct doctrines;neverthe-less,they share a common ternary structure of moral wisdom,managerial indoctrination,and manage-ment dialectics.Reducing this Chinese meta-managerial triad to a single principle yields"virtue-gov-erned enterprise."A Chinese corporate virtue-governance system is structured around three dimen-sions:virtue of human nature(xing-de),virtue of hexagrams(gua-de),and moral virtue(dao-de).Within corporate management,the"creative transformation"of traditional Chinese culture should be reoriented as"transformation toward creativity,"epitomized by"creative Confucianism,"with"cor-porate conscience"serving as the bedrock of Chinese enterprises'moral baseline.关键词
