摘要
Abstract
With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence,big data,and automation,employees encounter unprecedented digital-intelligent technological transformation challenges.Drawing on the Conservation of Resources(COR)theory,using a two-wave survey of 428 employees,this study ex-amines how digital-intelligent technology awareness influences job crafting through work rumination.Results indicate that:(1)problem-solving pondering and affective rumination respectively mediate the relationship between digital-intelligent technology awareness and promotion-focused and prevention-fo-cused job crafting;(2)organizational learning climate mitigates the impact of technological awareness on affective rumination and its indirect effect on prevention-focused job crafting,but does not significantly strengthen the effect on problem-solving pondering.This research enriches research on employee adapt-ability in the digital-intelligent era,and provides practical guidance for enhancing workforce resilience.关键词
