油菜种质资源萌发期耐逆性鉴定
Identification of stress tolerance of rapeseed germplasm resources at germination stage

Abstract
To investigate the effects of abiotic stress on the germination capacity of rapeseed seeds,40 rapeseed germplasms were subjected to salt stress(120 mmol/L NaCl),drought stress(15%PEG6000),and low temperature stress(8 ℃).The results showed that all 3 stress treatments could inhibit the germination and radicle growth of the tested rapeseed seeds,with significant differences observed in germination energy and other indicators among the tested germplasms under stress conditions.In addition,the germination energy and germination index of seeds under drought stress,as well as the relative germination rate and germination index under low temperature stress,were positively correlated with oil content.High oil content was beneficial for the germination of rapeseed seeds under drought and low temperature stress.Under salt stress and drought stress,16 rapeseed germplasms had germination energy exceeding 90%,but only 23Y061 and 23Y062 had seed oil content exceeding 50%,and their relative germination rates under low temperature stress reached 100%.The research results could provide reference for the breeding of stress tolerance during the germination period of rapeseed germplasms.关键词
