摘要

Abstract

Based on the current development status of citrus industry and the research progress of standardization in China and other countries,this study systematically compared the promulgation of standards related to the citrus industry at home and abroad by using the method of literature research,and analyzed the status of local standards in the citrus industry in the whole citrus industry chain including pre-production,production,and post-production.The results showed that the current citrus industry related standards in China were far superior to those issued by international organizations,the United States,the European Union and other countries in terms of total number and category refinement.The national,industrial and local standards promulgated in each link of the whole citrus industry chain in China mainly involved 3 links and 7 technical fields of pre-production,production,and post-production,but there was a lack of relevant standards on the pre-production origin,garden construction,variety selection and post-production fruit grading,fresh-keeping,processing,etc.The establishment of the standard system was in the preliminary stage and needed a long time to improve and supplement,and there was a certain gap compared with the foreign relevant standards.Combining the development status and future prospects of citrus industry in Shanghai and the research progress of industry standards,this paper put forward the discussion on improving the construction of standard system of the whole citrus industry chain in Shanghai,aiming at providing data support and practical and forward-looking guidance for the sustainable development of citrus industry in China.
