基于数据挖掘分析《太平圣惠方》治疗骨折方剂的用药规律
Analysis of medication rules in fracture-treating prescriptions from Taiping Shenghui Fang based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rules and academic thoughts in the prescription formulation for frac-ture treatment in Volume 67,On Injuries and Fractures,of Taiping Shenghui Fang.Methods:Prescriptions for fracture treatment in On Injuries and Fractures of Taiping Shenghui Fang were collected and screened.These prescriptions were then entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)to establish a database of frac-ture prescriptions.Through this platform,the frequency of use,properties,flavors,and meridian tropism distribution of the herbs in the included prescriptions were analyzed.Association rule analysis and other methods provided by the platform were employed to investigate the rules and linkage effects of herb compatibility.SPSS Statistics 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis of high-frequency herbs to summarize the medication rules in fracture prescription formulation.Results:A total of 89 prescriptions for fracture treatment were included,involving 193 Chinese medicinal herbs.There were 20 herbs with a frequency of use≥10 times,with the top 5 being Danggui,Rougui,Chuanxiong,Fuzi,and Shengdihuang.The properties of the herbs were predominantly warm and neutral;the flavors were mainly pungent,sweet and bitter;the herbs mainly entered the liver,heart,spleen and kidney meridians.The therapeutic effects of the herbs focused on tonifying defi-ciency,warming the interior and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.The top three herb combinations were Danggui-Rougui,Chuanxiong-Danggui,and Chuanxiong-Rougui.9 herb association rules were obtained,and cluster analysis of high-frequency herbs yielded 4 groups of prescriptions.Cluster 1 includes Danggui,Rougui,Chuanxiong,Fuzi,Chishao,Shengdihuang,Baizhi,Xuduan,Taoren,Ruxiang,Xuejie,and Xixin.Cluster 2 includes Moyao,Puhuang,Da-huang,Guijia,and Yanhusuo.Cluster 3 includes Shujiao and Hugu.Cluster 4 includes Sangbaipi.Conclusion:The herbs used in the fracture-treating prescriptions in Taiping Shenghui Fang primarily focus on tonifying deficiency,warming the interior,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.This lays the foundation for the emergence of later bone in-jury monographs and provides theoretical guidance for the conservative treatment of fractures in modern clinical practice.关键词
