肌骨超声精准导航闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定成人肱骨干骨折的临床效果研究
Clinical effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precise closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation for adult humeral shaft fractures

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precise closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation for adult humeral shaft fractures.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 41 patients with adult humeral shaft fractures treated with musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precise closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the Trauma and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Department of Shan-dong Wendeng Orthopedic Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023.During the operation,the fracture reduction effect was monitored to avoid iatrogenic injuries such as vascular and nerve damage and to reduce X-ray ionizing radiation from C-arm fluoroscopy.At the last follow-up,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Shoulder Neer score,and Elbow Mayo score were used to evaluate patient recovery,and postoperative complications were recorded in detail.Results:All 41 patients with humeral shaft fractures underwent closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation under musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precision navigation.Postoperative follow-up lasted approximately 12 to 14 months,and all fractures healed.After the operation,5 patients experienced tail pin irritation.There was no infection at the pin holes,no loosening of the elastic intramedullary nails,and no complications such as nerve or vascular damage occurred.The VAS score at the last follow-up was mild pain.The excellent and good rates of the Shoulder Neer score and Elbow Mayo score reached 100%.Conclusion:Musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided precise closed reduction and elastic intramedullary nail fixation for adult humeral shaft fractures is a minimally invasive and safe treatment method worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
