电针鱼际穴、合谷穴改善脑卒中软瘫期拇指对掌功能的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of electroacupuncture at Yuji and Hegu acupoints in improving the thumb-to-palm function in the soft paralyzed stage of stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Yuji and Hegu acupoints in improving the thumb-to-palm function in the soft paralyzed stage of stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with first-episode stroke in the soft paralyzed stage were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Patients in the control group(40 cases)received conventional acupuncture treatment,while patients in the treatment group(40 cases)received elec-troacupuncture at Yuji and Hegu acupoints in addition to the conventional acupuncture treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,changes in the Kapandji scale score,the upper extremity portion of the Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assess-ment Scale(FMA-UE)score,and the Lovett muscle strength grading were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment,the Kapandji scale score,FMA-UE score,and Lovett muscle strength grading in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).The Ka-pandji scale score,FMA-UE score and Lovett muscle strength grading in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of conven-tional acupuncture,electroacupuncture at Yuji and Hegu acupoints can significantly improve the thumb-to-palm function,upper extremity muscle strength,and upper extremity motor function in stroke patients during the soft paralyzed stage.It is an effective treatment method for promoting hand function recovery in stroke patients during the soft paralyzed stage.关键词
