广州地区湿热气候下儿童鼻鼽患者IgE抗体与过敏原相关性研究
Study on the correlation between IgE antibodies and allergens in children with allergic rhinitis under the hot-humid climate in Guangzhou area

Abstract
Objective:To detect allergen-specific IgE antibodies in children with allergic rhinitis(AR)in the Guang-zhou area,and to analyze the distribution and characteristics of major allergens in this region,thereby guiding effective clinical treatment and prevention from both traditional Chinese and Western medicine perspectives.Methods:A total of 1,879 children with AR from the Guangzhou area,who were treated at Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University be-tween January 2023 and December 2023,were selected.Serum samples were collected,and allergen-specific IgE antibod-ies were detected using Ouboke allergen detection reagents.Clinical data of the patients were collected,common allergens were screened,allergen distribution patterns were evaluated,and the positive rates of allergen-specific IgE antibody were compared between different age and gender groups.Results:The detection rate of serum-specific IgE antibodies in male children was 62.76%,which was higher than that in female children(55.92%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Among the 1,879 children with AR,the top three inhalant allergens with the highest positive rates were dust mites(52.16%),house dust(32.14%)and dog dander(17.30%).The top three food allergens with the highest posi-tive rates were milk(10.96%),beef/mutton(8.62%)and shrimp/crab(3.94%).Conclusion:Dust mites,house dust and dog dander are the primary inhalant allergens causing AR in children in the Guangzhou area,while milk,beef/mutton and shrimp/crab are the main food allergens.Allergen testing is a crucial step in the prevention and treatment of AR.Identifying the types of allergens and implementing early avoidance and intervention can effectively control the progression of the dis-ease.关键词
