清胃泄热方对肥胖大鼠肠道菌群的影响
Effect of Qingwei Xiere Formula on Intestinal Flora of Obese Rats

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingwei Xiere Formula on the intestinal flora of obese rats.Methods:Fifty-six rats were randomly assigned to the blank group,model group,Orlistat group(32.1 mg/kg),and Qingwei Xiere Formula low-and high-dose groups(222 and 444 mg/kg),with 8 rats per group.Except for the blank group,all other groups were fed a high-fat diet to establish an obesity model.Body weight was recorded,and blood lipid and liver function indices were measured.Liver histology was observed,and the types and abundance of intestinal flora in fecal samples were analyzed,followed by functional prediction.Re-sults:Compared with the model group,rats in the high-dose Qingwei Xiere Formula group showed decreased body weight and im-proved blood lipid and liver function indices(P<0.05).Liver tissue damage was alleviated,and the degree of hepatocyte steatosis was reduced.Differences in intestinal flora abundance were observed before and after Qingwei Xiere Formula intervention.At the phylum level,compared with the model group,the abundance of Firmicutes decreased in both low-and high-dose Qingwei Xiere For-mula groups(P<0.01),while the abundance of Verrucomicrobia and Bacteroidetes increased(P<0.01,P>0.05).At the genus level,the abundance of Lactobacillus and Bacteroides increased(P<0.01,P<0.05),whereas the abundance of Ruminococcus de-creased(P<0.01).Functional pathway prediction of differential species among groups indicated that the most abundant metabolic pathways were mainly related to carbohydrate metabolism,amino acid metabolism,and energy metabolism.Conclusion:Qingwei Xiere Formula can reduce body weight and blood lipid levels in obese rats,alleviate hepatic steatosis and liver injury,and its effects may be associated with modulation of the intestinal flora.关键词
