Effect of Composition and Preparation Conditions of Rare Earth Light-converting Film on Light Transmittance

Abstract
The size of the light-converting agent and its dispersion performance in the light-converting film are important factors that cause the deterioration of the light transmittance of the light-converting film.In order to solve this problem,Eu(TTA)3Phen was used as the light-converting agent to investigate the effects of preparation conditions on the size of the light-converting agent and the effect of the doping process on its dispersion performance in the light-converting masterbatch.On this basis,light-converting film with high light transmittance was prepared using a three-layer co-extrusion blown film process.The results show that the size of the light-converting agent can reach 150.36 nm by adjusting the pH value,reaction time,reaction temperature and stirring rate,and the dispersion performance of the light-converting agent and the light transmittance of the light-converting film can be greatly improved by optimizing the masterbatch preparation process,and the light transmittance can reach 91.2%.The study provides technical guidance for the development of high-transmittance rare earth light-converting film.关键词
