废旧聚氨酯泡沫降解及其再生材料性能分析
Degradation of Waste Polyurethane Foam and Performance Analysis of Its Recycled Materials

Abstract
The study employs a mixture of ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol as the binary diol glycolysis agent and the alkali metal hydroxide sodium hydroxide(NaOH)as the metal catalyst to degrade waste polyurethane foam used for thermal insulation and cold preservation.The hydroxyl value,viscosity and infrared spectra of the degradation products are tested.Additionally,the recycled polyurethane foam prepared from the degradation products is analyzed and tested for thermal gravimetric analysis,apparent density,compressive strength,water absorption rate,thermal conductivity and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicate that when the mass ratio of polyurethane to glycol is 1:1,the mass ratio of ethylene glycol to diethylene glycol is 43:57,and the amount of NaOH added is 1.0 g,the degradation product exhibits low viscosity and high hydroxyl value,and its infrared spectral characteristic peaks match those of polyether polyol.The recycled polyurethane foam prepared under these conditions has a favorable microstructure with a robust and intact framework,uniform pore diameter,good compressive strength and water absorption rate.Its thermal insulation performance is excellent and meets the national standard.关键词
