Abstract
A series of polyurethane prepolymers were synthesized by in-situ polymerization using 3-propyltrimethoxysilane(KH570)modified nano silica(SiO2),and cured with diethyltoluene diamine(DETDA)as a curing agent to prepare a coating film(PUE/S-x).The effect of SiO2 content on the mechanical properties,water resistance,wear resistance,and slip resistance of PUE/S-x coatings was explored,and the effect of micro alumina(Al2O3)as slip resistant particles on the wear and slip resistance of coatings was also investigated.The results showed that SiO2 was successfully introduced into the polyurethane chain segment,and the friction coefficient of the coating increased first and then decreased with the increase of SiO2 content,while the wear amount was the opposite.When SiO2 was added with the mass fraction of 6%,the coating performance reached its optimal value with the dry friction coefficient of 0.72,the wet friction coefficient of 0.68,and the oil friction coefficient of 0.58,and the mechanical properties,water resistance,and wear resistance of the coating were all improved.However,Al2O3 anti slip particles had limited improvement on the slip resistance of the coating,and the wear resistance was significantly reduced.关键词
