两种表面改性方法对芳纶纤维增强环氧树脂材料的影响分析
Influence Analysis of Two Surface Modification Methods on Aramid Fiber Reinforced Epoxy Resin Materials

Abstract
Aramid fibers have a typical"skin-core"structure,with smooth surfaces and high chemical inertness.It is difficult for composites reinforced with aramid fibers to form strong mechanical adhesion with the matrix material,resulting in poor mechanical properties of the composites and limiting their widespread application.In this study,the surface of aramid fibers was modified using coating technology.The surface properties of the modified aramid fibers and the properties of the modified aramid fiber-reinforced resin samples were tested through a combination of simulation and experimental analysis.The results showed that after modification with polyurethane coating,the surface roughness of the fibers increased by 33.33%,and wettability improved by 16.33%.The density of the resulting composite was 1.266 g/cm3,and the interfacial binding energy of the corresponding model was 0.471 J/m2.After modification with dopamine coating,the surface roughness of the fibers increased by 50.62%,and wettability improved by 21.51%.The density of the resulting composite was 1.981 g/cm3,and the interfacial binding energy of the corresponding model was 0.982 J/m2.A comparison of the mechanical properties of the two types of modified aramid/epoxy resin composites revealed that the dopamine-modified aramid/epoxy resin composite had better mechanical properties,with greater potential for industrial application.关键词
