血清GPX3、FGFR4联合超声造影定量参数对甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断价值
Differential diagnostic value of serum GPX3,FGFR4 combined with CEUS quantitative parameters for thyroid benign and malignant nodules

Abstract
Objective:To explore the differential diagnostic value of serum glutathione peroxidase 3(GPX3)and fibroblast growth factor receptor 4(FGFR4)combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)quantitative pa-rameters for thyroid benign and malignant nodules.Methods:Patients with thyroid nodules(150 cases)were selected as the study subjects,and these patients were separated into benign group(128 cases)and malignant group(22 ca-ses)based on the presence of malignant nodules.The serum GPX3,FGFR4 levels,and CEUS quantitative parameters were compared between the two groups.Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between serum GPX3 and FGFR4 expression levels.In addition,ROC curve was used to analyze the differential diagnostic value of serum GPX3,FGFR4 combined with CEUS quantitative parameters for thyroid benign and malignant nodules.Results:The malignant group had higher proportions of patients with blurred and uneven development boundaries,late develop-ment,low enhancement intensity,and early fading than the benign group(all P<0.05).The malignant group had lower serum GPX3 level and higher FGFR4 level than the benign group(all P<0.05).The malignant group had lower MTT and AUCCEUS than the benign group(all P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the value of serum GPX3 and FGFR4 combined with CEUS quantitative parameters MTT and AUCCEUS in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules was better than that of single detection(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum GPX3 and FGFR4 combined with CEUS quantitative parameters MTT and AUCCEUS have good diagnostic value for benign and malignant thyroid nodules.The efficacy of serum GPX3 and FGFR4 combined with CEUS quantitative pa-rameters MTT and AUCCEUS in the adjunctive diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules is high,and it has certain clinical adjunctive differential diagnostic value.关键词
