Abstract
Opioids are widely used as classic analgesics for cancer patients at home.However,their improper use can cause various ad-verse reactions,which may affect patients'emotions,social interactions,or daily activities to varying degrees,and even influence the use of analgesics.To promote and standardize the management of cancer pain,this expert consensus group organized experts from related fields such as oncology,pain medicine,psychology,clinical pharmacy,and oncology nursing.Based on the updated evidence-based medical ev-idence and guidelines in recent years and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,this consensus was drafted and formulated to standardize the use and monitoring of opioids for adult patients with cancer pain at home,improve the safety and effectiveness of drug use,and enhance the management level of opioid use at home in China.关键词
