内镜黏膜下剥离术在早期胃癌治疗方面的研究进展
Progress in research on endoscopic submucosal dissection in treatment of early gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Early gastric cancer(EGC)refers to cancer lesions confined to the gastric mucosal or submucosal layer,regardless of the presence of lymph node metastasis.It represents the optimal stage for radical minimally invasive treatment via endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD),which can achieve a curative effect comparable to that of surgery.The prognosis of EGC is significantly better than that of advanced gastric cancer.As an important treatment for EGC,ESD has made significant progress in technical standardization and the expansion of indications in recent years.This article systematically reviews the technical principles,evolution of indications,and clinical controversies of ESD,analyzes the core differences among different diagnostic and therapeutic guidelines,and explores the application val-ue of molecular markers in predicting lymph node metastasis,aiming to provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
