联合中性粒细胞、SAA在EV-A71病毒感染中的应用研究
Application Study of Combined Neutrophil and SAA in EV-A71 Virus Infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of neutrophil combined with serum amyloid A(SAA)in enterovirus A71 type(EV-A71)virus infection.Methods A total of 202 children with hand foot mouth disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into the EV-A71 virus infection group(65 cases)and the non-EV-A71 virus infection group(137 cases)based on the DNA examination results of EV-A71 virus.The levels of neutrophils and SAA were measured in all subjects,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the clinical value of each indicator in diagnosing EV-A71 virus infection.All children patients received targeted treatment,and the differences in the changes(delta values)of neutrophil and SAA levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of neutrophils and SAA in EV-A71 virus infection group were higher than those in the non-EV-A71 virus infection group(P<0.05).The ROC curve showed that the areas under the curve of neutrophil,SAA and combined detection in the diagnosis of EV-A71 virus infection were 0.840,0.822 and 0.952,and the value of combined detection was the highest.The difference of neutrophil and SAA in EV-A71 virus infection group before and after treatment was higher than that in the non-EV-A71 virus infection group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of neutrophils and SAA has high diagnostic value in EV-A71 virus infection and can evaluate changes in the patient's condition.关键词
