基于古今医案云平台分析中医药治疗甲状腺癌肝郁证用药规律
Exploration of the Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription for Treating Liver Depression Syndrome of Thyroid Cancer Based on Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform

Abstract
Objective To analyze and summarize the rule of Chinese medicine in treating liver depression syndrome of thyroid cancer(TC).Methods The literatures on the treatment of thyroid cancer and liver depression syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine were searched from CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Service System,Wanfang Database(CSPD)and VIP Information(CCD).The retrieval period was from June 23,2023,and the standardized database was established.The cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records was used to analyze the drug use rules of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions included in the literature,including drug frequency,four gases and five tastes,and channel normalization,and association rules and cluster analysis were carried out.The liver-depression syndrome is divided into liver-qi stagnation syndrome,liver-depression turning fire syndrome,liver-depression blood stasis syndrome and liver-depression spleen deficiency syndrome.Results A total of 56 prescriptions were included,involving 209 flavors of drugs.The most frequently used Chinese medicine for thyroid cancer and liver depression syndrome was Bupleurum,which was characterized by cold,bitter taste and liver channel.The highest frequency of drug combination was Radix paeoniae and Radix bupleurum;The core prescriptions were obtained:Bupleurum,Paeoniae alba,Prunella alba,licorice,Thunberg Fritillaria,Poria tuckahoe,Tangerine peel,Radix pinellia,Scrophulariae,alga,Aurantia auran-tia,white art,cat's claw,Mountain mushroom,Chuanxiong.Conclusions The patients with TC liver depression syndrome have many primary deficiency,deficiency and deficiency mixed with heat evil,qi stagnation,stasis and other pathological factors.They should not forget to attack evil while supplementing deficiency,and pay attention to the care of spleen and stomach.TC liver depression syndrome is treated by soothing the liver and relieving depression,as well as qi analgesia,promoting blood circulation and remo-ving blood stasis,soft and solid dispersing,clearing heat and discharging fire,strengthening spleen and supplementing qi.关键词
