基于"阳化气、阴成形"探讨补肾益气化浊通络法在糖尿病肾病防治中的应用
Based on the Theory of"Yang Transforms Qi and Yin Forms",the Application of the Method of Nourishing Kidney,Replenishing Qi,Transforming Turbidity and Unblocking Collaterals is Discussed in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease

Abstract
Diabetic kidney disease is the main cause of end-stage renal disease,and its prevention and treatment is still a major clinical problem.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of multi-level,multi-target,and few adverse reactions in regulating diseases.It has great advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease,but its specific mecha-nism of action needs to be further studied.Suwen·Yinyang Yingxiang Dalun puts forward the theory that"yang transforms into Qi and Yin takes shape",which is the embodiment of life substances such as fine to micro qi and tangible and observable es-sence,blood,body fluids,etc.The pathological changes of diabetic kidney disease,such as Yang Qi deficiency in the early stage,Yin turbidity in the advanced stage,and venous stasis in the terminal stage,are consistent with the Yin and Yang theory of"Yang transforms Qi and Yin forms".Insufficient Yang transforms Qi and excessive Yin formation constitutes the cause of diabetic kid-ney disease.Core pathogenesis.This article proposes the method of tonifying the kidney,replenishing qi,transforming turbidity and unblocking collaterals as the treatment principle for diabetic kidney disease,hoping to provide a new theoretical basis for the clini-cal prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.关键词
