基于肠道菌群探究中药多糖改善2型糖尿病研究进展
Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Polysaccharide Intervention in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus based on the Exploration of Intestinal Flora

Abstract
In recent years,type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is posing a serious threat to human health with its high preva-lence due to the dramatic shifts in socio-environmental factors,human genetics,and lifestyle structural factors,and in-depth elucidation of the etiology of the disease and search for better preventive and curative strategies are the key bottlenecks in the cur-rent research on T2DM.As the prevalence of T2DM continues to rise,its research has been deepened,and it is believed that intes-tinal flora dysbiosis is one of the important risk factors for T2DM.Several studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides can regulate the intestinal flora for the treatment of T2DM,and traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the motherland's medicine,with a variety of components,multiple targets and multiple pathways,which has significant advanta-ges.However,the structure and distribution of intestinal flora in patients with T2DM are significantly different from those of nor-mal people,and the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides in treating T2DM by regulating intestinal flora has not yet been clarified.In this paper,we focus on the alteration of the intestinal flora of T2DM by traditional Chinese medicine pol-ysaccharides by reviewing the research results of the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides on T2DM in or-der to provide a theoretical basis for the development of new medicines and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides in the intervention of T2DM.关键词
