To Explore the Comorbid Mechanism of Uremia and Anxiety Depression from the Perspective of"Depression-Induced Disease""Disease-Induced Depression"
摘要
Abstract
The comorbidity of uremia and anxiety and depression is a common clinical complication.Based on the theory of"depression-induced disease"and"disease-induced depression",the comorbidity mechanism of uremia and anxiety and de-pression is discussed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,and the link between"depression-induced disease"and"disease-induced depression"is"yu",gas machine block is the key of cause"yu".Western Medicine believes that the abnormal aggregation of inflammatory factors,the reduction of monoamine neurotransmitters and other molecular and biological mechanisms are also the material basis of the comorbidity of uremia and anxiety and depression.Exploring the bidirectional rela-tionship between uremia and anxiety and depression from the perspective of"depression-induced disease"and"disease-in-duced depression"is helpful to provide theoretical reference for its clinical treatment.关键词
