Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis Based on the Theory of"Xuanfu Qi-fluids-kidney Collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
Chronic glomerulonephritis is a common chronic kidney disease,according to its clinical symptoms,it can be categorized as"edema""deficiency labor","kidney labor"and so on in Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the history,physiological functions and interrelationships of Xuanfu,Qi and fluid,and kidney collaterals,and combines them with the patho-genesis of chronic glomerulonephritis,and concludes that the occlusion of xuanfu,unimpeded Qi and fluid,and deficiency and toxicity loss of Zhengxu is the core pathogenesis of chronic glomerulonephritis,and proposes the basic therapeutic principle of o-pening the Xuanfu with aromatic fragrance,activating the Qi and blood and eliminating the toxin to glorify the complex,and the basic therapeutic principle of"Xuanfu-Qi and fluid-kidney collaterals".-The analysis from the perspective of"Xuanfu,Qi and fluid,and renal collaterals"can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the disease development process of chro-nic glomerulonephritis and provide new clinical ideas for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
