中药复方在痛风治疗中的应用:NLRP3炎症小体信号通路的调控作用
The Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Formulas in Gout Treatment:Regulation of the NLRP3 Inflammasome Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Gout is an acute inflammatory arthritis caused by purine metabolism disorders leading to elevated uric acid levels and deposition of monosodium urate(MSU)crystals in joints.Its pathogenesis is closely associated with abnormal activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome.When activated,the NLRP3 inflammasome promotes the release of inflammatory factors like IL-1β,amplifying the inflammatory response and driving both acute gout attacks and chronic inflammation progression.Western medicine commonly uses nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),colchicine,and glucocorticoids to alleviate gout symptoms,though these have limitations due to adverse reactions.Recent studies reveal that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound formulas demonstrate unique advantages in treating gout.Multiple TCM formulations can regulate the NLRP3 inflammasome signa-ling pathway to intervene in gout,showcasing multi-target effects,low toxicity,and holistic regulatory advantages.Traditional Chi-nese medicine formulations such as Duhuo Jisheng Decoction(独活寄生汤),Huanglian Jiedu Decoction(黄连解毒汤),Bixie Fenqing Decoction(萆薢分清饮),Sanshi Decoction(三石汤),Xuanbi Tongluo Ointment(宣痹通络膏),Modified Simiao Pills(加味四妙丸),Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoctioni(桂枝芍药知母汤),Baihu Jia Guizhi Decoction(白虎加桂枝汤),Tongfeng Decoction(痛风汤),Wutou Decoction(乌头汤),and Juanbi Decoction(蠲痹汤)can significantly alleviate joint synovial in-flammation,reduce pain and swelling,and improve joint function by inhibiting NLRP3 inflammasome activation,downregulating caspase-1 protein expression,and decreasing the release of inflammatory factors like IL-1 β.This systematic review examines the research progress of these classical herbal formulas in gout treatment,aiming to provide new perspectives and theoretical foun-dations for TCM compound therapy in gout management.关键词
