Abstract
This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of the new quality productivity empowering Chinese-style modernization,exploring the influence mechanism of new quality productivity on Chinese-style modernization,and then measures the new quality productivity and Chinese-style modernization of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022 by constructing an eval-uation index system.Finally,on this basis,the paper adopts a variety of methods to examine the impact of new quality productivity on Chinese-style modernization.The results are shown as below:The new quality productivity significantly promotes Chi-nese-style modernization.This conclusion is still valid after a series of endogeneity and robustness tests.The new quality produc-tivity indirectly empowers Chinese-style modernization mainly by driving the upgrading of industrial structure and promoting ur-ban-rural integration.The new quality productivity has a spatial spillover effect on Chinese-style modernization,and it can not on-ly promote Chinese-style modernization in the own region but also in the neighboring areas.关键词
