淮河生态经济带新质生产力水平测度、时空演变及影响因素
Measurement,Spatio-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of New Quality Productivity Levels in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt

Abstract
This paper takes the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt as the research area and constructs the evaluation index system of new quality productivity from three dimensions:laborers,means of labor and labor objects,then measures the level of new quality productivity in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt by using the AHP-entropy weight TOPSIS method,coupling co-ordination degree model,spatial correlation analysis,standard deviation ellipse model and Tobit model,and finally conducts em-pirical research on its spatio-temporal evolution and influencing factors.The results go as the following:The new quality produc-tivity level of the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt as a whole has been steadily rising from 2010 to 2022,Among which cities such as Xuzhou,Yangzhou,Yancheng and Linyi have relatively higher new quality productivity levels.The spatial autocorrelation has a certain spatial random trend.The standard deviation ellipse and the center of gravity shift results indicate that the spa-tio-temporal evolution process is relatively smooth and tends to be stable overall.Industrial structure,economic foundation,sci-ence and technology system,environmental protection system and FDI scale are the main influencing factors of the new quality productivity in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt.关键词
