Regional Characteristics and Dynamic Evolution of Digital Countryside Construction Level in Counties

Abstract
s:As a key development direction of rural revitalization strategy,the construction of digital countryside is of great significance for achieving common prosperity and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the"County Digital Coun-tryside Index"released by the New Rural Development Research Institute of Peking University and Alibaba Research Institute,this paper uses the kernel density estimation method,Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,and Markov chain transfer matrix to analyze the regional characteristics and dynamic evolution of China's county-level digital countryside construc-tion level.The results go as the following:During the inspection period,the overall level of digital countryside construction in Chi-na's counties shows an upward trend,but there are significant regional differences;the differences in the level of digital country-side construction mainly come from inter-regional differences,with the largest regional differences between the eastern and west-ern regions,and the differences within the western region are significantly greater than those in other regions;the level of digital countryside construction in each county shows a phenomenon of"club convergence",and the probability of transfer varies at dif-ferent levels and across different intertemporal years.关键词
