城乡一体化视域下我国就业统计体系研究
Research on China's Employment Statistical System From the Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration

Abstract
Since the reform and opening up,China's urban-rural relations have undergone adjustments from division and op-position,coordinated development to accelerated integration.Due to several historical reasons,employment statistics have not fully and effectively covered 260 million agricultural and non-agricultural employees in rural areas.This paper first analyzes the rele-vant concepts and statistical caliber of urban and rural employment statistics,sorts out and compares the employment statistical systems of China,the United States,Japan,India and Brazil,and then focuses on discussing issues such as urban employment and non-agricultural employment,unemployment and underemployment,and informal employment and flexible employment.Finally,the paper puts forward improvement suggestions.关键词
