Abstract
This review systematically summarizes the clinical applications and recent advances of endoscopic ultrasound-guided celiac plexus neurolysis(EUS-CPN)and its derived techniques.It addressed the indications,contraindications,technical challenges,and procedural principles,with a detailed overview of unilateral and bilateral injection,EUS-guided celiac ganglia neurolysis(EUS-CGN),EUS-guided broad-plexus neurolysis(EUS-BPN),as well as radiofrequency ablation and radioactive seed implantation.In addition,complications and their preventive strategies were discussed,and future directions were highlighted,aiming to provide technical references and decision-making guidance for clinical practice.关键词
