基于小麦高密度基因芯片解析新品种'咸麦341'的遗传构成
Genetic Composition Analysis of New Wheat Variety'Xianmai 341'Based on a 55K Background and 0.1K Foreground SNP Chip

Abstract
Wheat variety'Xianmai 341'and its parental lines Luomai 21 and'Zhongmai 895'were genotyped using 55K and 0.1K SNP wheat chips,and their agronomic traits and grain quality were in-vestigated and compared.The results showed that'Xianmai 341'inherited 6 643 and 3 319 homozy-gous differential loci from'Luomai 21'and'Zhongmai 895',respectively,with genetic contribution rates of 66.7%and 33.3%.The genetic contributions of'Luomai 21'to'Xianmai 341'across the A,B,and D subgenomes were 83.3%,58.6%,and 43.5%,respectively,while those of'Zhongmai 895'were 16.7%,41.4%,and 56.5%.'Xianmai 341'harbored multiple disease-resistant favorable alleles from both parents,including Pm12,QFhb.caas-5AL,QFhb.hbaas-5AS,Lr34,Yr29,Yr30,QYr.nwafu-4BL,QYrsn.nwafu-6BS,Yr78,Yr75,Lr46,and Lr67.Additionally,it harbored fa-vorable alleles for grain weight(QGl-4A,TaGS2-A1,TaGS1a,TaSus1-7B),the dwarfing gene Rht-D1,and the water-saving gene TaSINA_2.The spikelet number per spike,yield,and test weight of'Xianmai 341'were significantly higher than those of both parents(P<0.05).In conclusion,'Xianmai 341'has integrated multiple superior genes/QTLs from both parents,inherited more genet-ic material from'Luomai 21',which led to biased parental inheritance.and demonstrated superior yield performance compared to its parents.These findings provide a data foundation for the produc-tion and promotion of'Xianmai 341',as well as its genetic improvement and breeding applications.关键词
