Abstract

To analyze the genetic patterns influencing yield-related traits in wheat landraces and identi-fy associated QTL,a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population was constructed using the Sichuan lo-cal wheat variety'Yibinzhuer wheat'and'Taichang 29'.A genetic linkage map was developed using genotype data from a 55K SNP chip and 117 lines.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)analysis was per-formed for six yield-related traits,including effective tiller number,spike length,spikelet number,grains per spikelet,spike grain weight,and thousand-grain weight,across three different environ-mental conditions.The results showed that 31 yield-related QTLs were identified using QTL IciMap-ping 4.1 through Bayesian interval mapping(BIP),and 37 yield-related QTLs were identified through multiple environment trials(MET)models,respectively.Additionally,17 candidate genes were pre-dicted.The localization results for'Yibinzhuer wheat'were consistent between the BIP and MET models,with QTL localization in the MET model being significantly influenced by the environment.Of the 17 candidate genes screened,eight may be related to wheat disease resistance,whereas nine may be associated with yield-related traits.QSLYBR.Sicau-2A.1 was consistently detected in one en-vironment and under under Best Linear Unbiased Prediction(BLUP),explaining the highest pheno-typic variance.This QTL is identified as a superior locus in the landrace'Yibinzhuer wheat',provi-ding theoretical support for further fine mapping and marker-assisted selection.
