摘要

Abstract

In this study,two wheat varieties,'Xinong 538'and'Lankao Aizao 8',were selected to be applied as foliar fertilizer at 0.25 mmol·L-1,0.75 mmol·L-1,and 1 mmol·L-1 spermidine,respec-tively during the grain filling stage.The effects of these treatments on yield,grain protein and protein component content,dough mixing characteristics,and processing properties were measured.The aim was to analyze the effects of post-flowering spermidine application on wheat yield and grain quality.The results showed that spermidine application significantly increased wheat 1 000-grain weight and yield.Among these,the 0.75 mmol·L-1 spermidine treatment performed best,increasing yield by 4.8%-5.7%compared to the control treatment.Additionally,the 0.75 mmol·L-1 treatment in-creased grain albumin and glutenin content,thereby significantly boosting grain protein content by 4.9%—10.4%and enhancing dough mixing and processing properties.
