玉米WAK基因家族的全基因组鉴定及响应小斑病和炭疽病的表达分析
Genome-wide Identification of Maize WAK Gene Family and Expression Analysis in Response to Cochliobolus heterostrophus and Colletotrichum graminicola

Abstract
In this study,a total of 56 WAK genes were identified in maize by homology comparison and structural domain screening.These WAK genes are distributed on all 10 chromosomes of maize,most of them are produced by tandem duplication and contain a variety of hormone-related cis-acting elements.Based on public maize transcriptome data,the expression of the maize WAK gene family is all responsive to the Cochliobolus heterostrophus and Colletotrichum graminicolum.Ten genes with the most dramatic response were selected for qRT-PCR;the results showed that the expression of ZmWAKL42 andZmWAKL27 significantly increased 24 h after inoculation with the Cochliobolus het-erostrophus,and the expression of ZmWAKL45,ZmWAKL32,and ZmWAKL28 was significantly downregulated 24 h after inoculation with the Cochliobolus heterostrophus.Subcellular localization ex-periments showed that both ZmWAKL42 and ZmWAKL27 were localized to the membrane.In this study,members of the maize WAK gene family were identified and analyzed for their physicochemical properties,chromosomal location distribution,structural domain classification and cis-acting elements,which lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent study of the maize WAK gene family and provide po-tential genetic resources for maize disease resistance breeding.关键词
