不同光质对设施高架基质栽培草莓生长及光能利用的影响
Effects of Different Light Spectra on Growth and Light Use Efficiency of Strawberries Grown on Elevated Substrate in Protected Cultivation

Abstract
To investigate the effects of different light qualities on strawberry growth and light use effi-ciency of strawberries cultivated on elevated substrates in a greenhouse environment,'Christmas Red'strawberry was used as the test material.Four supplemental lighting treatments were set:full-spec-trum LED,high-pressure sodium(HPS)lamp,LED with a red-to-blue ratio of 9∶1(R/B=9∶1),and LED with R/B=5∶1.A no-light-supplementation group served as the control.Morphological in-dexes,photosynthetic parameters and strawberry yield and fruit quality were measured under differ-ent light treatments.The results showed that HPS lighting significantly increased leaf number,net photosynthetic rate,sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C content by 23.8%,232.10%,96.88%and 77.26%,respectively,compared with the control.The LED treatment with an R/B ratio of 9∶1 more effectively promoted stem diameter,total chlorophyll content(a+b),fruit shape index,average fruit mass,and yield per plant,with respective increases of 47.50%,14.36%,5.98%,24.66%,and 102.58%over the control.Correlation analysis showed strong relationships among the measured indi-cators across treatments.Principal component analysis extracted two principal components,which to-gether accounted for 84.787%of the cumulative variance.Based on comprehensive evaluation scores,the efficacy of the four supplemental lighting treatments ranked as follows:LED light(R/B=9)>LED light(R/B=5)>full-spectrum LED lamp>HPS lamp.关键词
