摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problems such as increased switching device losses,significant parasitic parameters,and electromagnetic interference caused by the high startup frequency when traditional LLC resonant converters adopt frequency-reduction for start-up,the establishment process of the state trajectory control of the DNPC(diode-clamped type)LLC resonant converter is analyzed.Phase shift control is added on the basis of the existing frequency-modulation control,and a method of phase shift and frequency-modulation trajectory control soft-start is proposed.The trajectory waveform of the phase shift and frequency-modulation soft-start is analyzed,and the frequency solution methods for each stage in the phase shift and frequency-modulation control are presented.A model of the DNPC LLC resonant converter is constructed in Matlab/Simulink,and the variation processes of frequency,resonant voltage and current during startup are analyzed by means of the simulation.The effectiveness of the proposed method of phase shift and frequency-modulation trajectory control soft-start is verified based on the DNPC LLC resonant converter hardware platform.The results show that the resonant inductance current of the proposed method is stable near the maximum current limit band at the beginning of startup.In comparison with the traditional trajectory control,the proposed method has a higher resonant capacitor voltage at the beginning of startup and a faster startup process.
