健脾化滞方联合益生菌对脾虚湿滞型肠息肉术后患者症状及复发的影响
Effect of decoction for fortifying spleen and resolving food stagnation combined with probiotics on symptoms and recurrence in patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation after intestinal polypectomy

Abstract
Objective It is to observe the effects of decoction for fortifying spleen and resolving food stagnation com-bined with probiotics on symptoms,intestinal microbiota and polyp recurrence in patients with syndrome of spleen deficien-cy and dampness stagnation after intestinal polypectomy.Methods One hundred patients with patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation after intestinal polypectomy admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of Qi-dong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to July 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The patients of both groups underwent endoscopic polypectomy,the patients of the control group was treated with Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsules by oral administration after surgery,while the ones of the observation group additionally treated with decoction for fortifying spleen and resolving food stagnation by oral administration,both groups were treated for 6 months.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,intestinal microbiota counts of patients before and after treatment,the syndrome efficacy after 6 months of treatment,and adenomatous polyp recurrence rates at 6 months and 1 year after surgery were com-pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,loose stools,poor appetite,borborygmus and flatus,tongue quality,pulse pattern,and total syndrome scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower scores than those of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05);the colony counts of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus,as well as B/E ratios of patients in the two groups were significantly higher,while the colony counts of Enterobacteriaceae and Saccharomycetes were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and the changes of these indicators in the observation group were more significant than those of the control group(all P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group was92%(46/50),which was significantly higher than 68%(34/50)in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after surgery,the recurrence rates of adenomatous polyps in the observation group were 0 and 8%(4/50),respectively,which were significantly lower than 10%(5/50)and 24%(12/50)in the control group,the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Decoction for fortifying spleen and resolving food stagnation combined with probiotics can significantly improve clinical symptoms and enhances therapeutic efficacy,and significantly lower the recurrence rates of adenomatous polyps in the treatment of patients with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp-ness stagnation after intestinal polypectomy potentially through regulating intestinal microbiota.关键词
