摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The paper aimed to identify and analyze the biological information of the BOR gene family in citrus,the gene expres-sion and functions under boron treatment,thus providing a theoretical basis for the analysis of the mechanism of efficient boron utilization in citrus and molecular breeding of boron-tolerant varieties.[Method]By integrating the genomic data of Citrus sinensis,C.grandis,C.clementi-na and using the hidden Markov model(PF00955)to screen members of the BOR family,the gene structure,conserved motif and phyloge-netic tree were analyzed by combining MEME and TB-tools.The promoter cis-acting elements were predicted based on PlantCARE.The tissue specific expression of BOR gene was further analyzed based on transcriptome data,and the expression patterns of CsBOR genes in roots,stems and leaves treated with different boron concentrations(0,200,400 μmol/L)were verified by qPCR.[Result]A total of 18 members of BOR were identified based on the genome of C.sinensis,C.grandis and C.clementina.They were divided into two subfamilies by cluster analysis.The gene structure and promoter elements showed that the gene structure of 18 BOR members in citrus were highly similar.In the promoter re-gion,10 hormone response elements and 6 abiotic response elements were detected.The transcriptome data of C.sinensis showed that Cs-BOR2,CsBOR4 and CsBOR5 were highly expressed in all tissues.qPCR results showed that CsBOR1 and CsBOR5 expression were signifi-cantly up-regulated in leaves,and CsBOR2 and CsBOR4 expression were significantly induced in roots under high boron concentration.[Con-clusion]The study systematically analyzes the characteristics of the citrus BOR gene family and the expression patterns of CsBOR genes under boron treatment,indicating that the C.sinensis BOR genes exhibit different expression patterns in different tissues treated with various concen-trations of boron.This may be related to the different demands of boric acid in different tissues of C.sinensis and the differentiation of gene functions.
