Abstract

Evaluating the quality of interdisciplinary thematic teaching design is essential for improving the effectiveness of classroom instruction.However,existing research continues to reveal limitations regarding the alignment of evaluation criteria,the ob-jectivity of evaluation procedures,the coherence of evaluation outcomes,the timeliness of evaluation methods,and the interpretability of evaluation results.To address these issues,this study adopts retrieval-augmented generation to construct a set of single intelligent agents for evaluating conceptual groups,problem chains,objective layers,task clusters,and evidence sets,respectively.Building on these agents,a multi-agent evaluation system,referred to as a"machine expert",is developed through a dual-scheduling architecture that integrates a meta-agent with a workflow mechanism.An experimental comparison demonstrates differentiated strengths between machine experts and human experts in assessing interdisciplinary thematic teaching designs.Machine experts perform particularly well in identifying general errors,offering positive reinforcement,and providing efficient feedback,whereas human experts display stronger abilities in contextual interpretation,value-oriented judgment,and aesthetic appreciation.Based on this human-machine complemen-tarity,the study proposes an evidence-based teaching research model suitable for interdisciplinary thematic teaching design.Within this model,machine experts lead the initial stage by applying"Planning-Conflict-Ideation-Reflection-Action"cycle to iteratively refine teaching design,while human experts guide the later stage through a"Presentation-Sharing-Action-Demonstration-Transformation"process to achieve targeted enhancement.This study offers an evidence-based practical framework for improving the quality and effi-ciency of interdisciplinary teaching research.
