摘要
Abstract
Printing and dyeing industry is a significant source of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emis-sions.The benzene, formaldehyde and other substances it emits pose a serious threat to human health and the environment.Although China has regulated VOCs emissions through multiple policies and regulations such as the"Atmospheric Pollution Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China"and the"Three-Year Action Plan to Win the Blue Sky Defense War",the printing and dyeing industry still faces multiple chal-lenges such as shortcomings in the regulatory mechanism, weak sense of responsibility among enterprises,in-sufficient technological adaptability, and inadequate social supervision, which have restricted the regulatory ef-fect.The following improvement paths are proposed:optimize the regulatory mechanism and fill the regulatory gap through cross-departmental collaboration and intelligent regulatory technologies;Strengthen the sense of corporate responsibility and promote proactive pollution control through training, incentive mechanisms and in-formation disclosure.Strengthen technological research and development as well as policy guidance, and rely on industry-university-research cooperation to reduce the application cost of new technologies.Smooth the channels for social supervision, build a supervision network involving multiple parties such as the government, the public and the media, and form a social synergy.By taking multiple measures, the efficiency of VOCs con-trol in the printing and dyeing industry can be enhanced, contributing to the realization of the dual goals of en-vironmental governance and sustainable industrial development.关键词
